Wedding is a time of celebration, giving and receiving gifts. Wedding favors are given by the bride and the groom to the guests who came to share the special day of their life. I have been doing some major shopping this weekend. Firstly I was on line choosing 25th anniversary gifts for my parents who are so organised that they have registered with an on line company for gifts. I suppose they are having a lot of guests to their party so it makes sense to do it. I wanted to get that out of the way quickly as it was pretty easy choosing something within my budget from their list. The reason is that I have a whole lot of other planning to do with my friend`s wedding. I am the head bridesmaid and so I have been giving the responsibility of researching blank wedding invitations which is proving to be a lot harder than I thought it ever would be. Then I have some other jobs to do as well such as researching local florists and finding some wedding unity candles. I love helping out but the wedding is being planned at very short notice and so there is a lot to do in a very short space of time. I have even had to take a bit of time off work so that I can go with her to her dress fitting. I think this is the best part of being head bridesmaid and so I am quite happy that I have t take time off to do this!
